    • Green Kale is a superfood and one of the healthiest food due to its high concentration of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. 
    • Vitamin A (important for eye and bone health and a strong immune system), Vitamin C (aids in cold and chronic disease prevention), and Vitamin K (good for blood clotting and bone-building)
    • Folate, a B vitamin that’s key for brain development
    • Fun fact: Kale has twice the amount of Vitamin C compared to Spinach but Spinach provides more Folate, Vitamin A, and K.

    • To prepare Kale, separate the stems and leaves. Wash before consumption! 
       
    • Ways to eat Kale:
       
    • Salads (Our all-time favorite: Green Kale Salad with Balsamic Dressing) 
    • Prepare Green Kale and use the leaves only, Balsamic Vinegar, Olive Oil, Honey, Parmesan Cheese, Nut of your choice, Salt & Pepper. Mix well and massage the Kale into the dressing. Leave it sitting in the fridge for a while to get that extra flavor! 
       
    • Snack (Baked or Airfried Kale Chips) 
    • Prepare Green Kale and use the leaves only. Mix well with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss them into the oven or air fryer for a couple of minutes - your crispy chips are ready to be served! 
       
    • Smoothies
    • Cooked: Steamed/ Sautéed
    • Pesto (Kale Pesto for Pasta or serve it as a topping on your bread.)
