Nai Bai 奶白

    • Also known as Milk Cabbage. 
    • To keep it fresh, you can store your vegetables in the chiller for up to 7 days.
    • The stem of the plant is short, with larger leaves arranged at the bottom and becoming progressively smaller further up the stem.
    • Leaves are usually crinkled and are dark green in color. 
    • Nai Bai has a rich source of Vitamin A, C, K, and minerals like calcium, phosphorous, potassium, manganese, iron and magnesium. 
    • It is also high in antioxidants, and will help to protect against breast, colon, and prostate cancers. 
    • Nai Bai is most often used in stir-frys, soups, noodles, meat dishes and salads. Usually cooked with ginger, ginger, and/or oyster sauce.
