WHAT IS LION'S MANE?
Scientific name: Hericium erinaceus
Lion’s Mane is an edible gourmet mushroom known for its soft, cascading spines and distinctive appearance. Unlike mushrooms with a traditional cap and stem, it grows in rounded clusters with fine, hair-like strands.
When cooked, it develops a tender, satisfying texture and readily absorbs the flavours of sauces, herbs and seasonings. It can be pan-fried, roasted, air-fried, added to soups or used in a wide variety of everyday dishes.
Fresh Lion’s Mane from Malaysia, carefully selected by Yili Farm.

Keep Dry
Do not store fresh Lion’s Mane in an airtight container, as trapped moisture may cause it to deteriorate more quickly.
Keep it dry and wash only immediately before cooking.

Best enjoyed while fresh

Do not consume if it develops an unpleasant odour, excessive slime or significant discolouration.
