Workshop Booking Highlights

  • Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once a signed quotation and payment (50% non-refundable deposit or full) are received, OR after a signed quotation and confirmation email from Yili Farm.

  • Payment: Advance payment required via Bank Transfer or PayNow (UEN: 199606124G). Prices in SGD, excluding GST.

  • Cancellations:

    • 30+ days before: 100% refund of balance (deposit non-refundable)

    • 14–29 days before: 50% refund of balance

    • <7 days before: No refund

  • Bad Weather: Guided tours may be cancelled during heavy rain. Workshops will continue with hands-on sheltered activities. No refunds for weather disruptions.

  • Rescheduling:

    • Requests must be made at least 30 days in advance.

    • Rescheduling is subject to availability, and fees apply if the request is made less than 30 days before the workshop.

  • Responsibilities: Arrive on time, wear suitable attire (covered shoes, hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, water), and follow staff instructions. Parents/teachers must supervise children.

  • Safety: Outdoor activities may involve some risks. Yili Farm is not liable for injuries or damages except where required by law.

  • Photos/Media: Photos or videos may be taken during workshops. Let our staff know if you prefer not to be included.
