Workshop Booking Highlights

(Please refer to our full Terms & Conditions for complete details)

• Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed after Yili Farm has received the signed quotation, the required payment (where applicable) has been received and cleared, and a Booking Confirmation Email has been issued.

• Booking Deposit: A 50% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required for all bookings unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Payment: The Remaining Balance is due 7 Calendar Days before the workshop and must be fully paid before the workshop, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is accepted via Bank Transfer or PayNow (UEN: 199606124G). All prices are in SGD and exclude GST unless otherwise stated.

• Booking Numbers: The confirmed number of Participants and Accompanying Persons stated in the signed quotation will be used for planning, material preparation and billing. Reductions after confirmation will not reduce the quoted amount.

• Additional Participants: Additional Participants or Accompanying Persons beyond the confirmed Booking Numbers require Yili Farm's approval and will be charged separately. These charges will be invoiced after the workshop, with payment due 7 Calendar Days after the workshop date, or on the next Working Day if the due date falls on a weekend or Singapore public holiday.

• Cancellations:

  • 30 Calendar Days or more: Booking Deposit retained; any Remaining Balance already paid will be refunded in full.

  • 15–29 Calendar Days: Booking Deposit and 50% of the Remaining Balance payable. Any excess payment will be refunded.

  • 14 Calendar Days or fewer: Full workshop fee payable; no refund.

  Cancellation charges apply whether or not the Remaining Balance has already been paid.

  (The 50% booking deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.)

• Rescheduling:

  • 30 Calendar Days or more: No rescheduling fee.

  • 15–29 Calendar Days: 10% of the signed quotation amount.

  • 14 Calendar Days or fewer: 25% of the signed quotation amount.

  Rescheduling is subject to Yili Farm's approval and availability. Each booking may only be rescheduled once.

• Written Notice: Cancellation, rescheduling and booking change requests must be emailed to team@yilifarm.com.sg. Notices received after 12:00pm on a Working Day, or on a non-Working Day, will be treated as received on the next Working Day. Cancellation and rescheduling periods are calculated in Calendar Days.

• Bad Weather: Workshops operate rain or shine. Guided farm tours may be shortened or cancelled during adverse weather, while workshop activities will continue under shelter where reasonably possible. No refunds, discounts or partial refunds will be provided due to weather conditions.

• Haze: Workshop activities may be adjusted or postponed depending on prevailing air quality conditions and government advisories. Any haze-related cancellation or rescheduling is subject to Yili Farm's full Terms & Conditions.

• Participant Responsibilities: Please arrive on time, wear suitable attire (covered shoes recommended), follow staff instructions and remain within designated workshop areas. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

• Safety: Farm workshops involve outdoor activities and inherent risks. Teachers, parents and organisers remain responsible for supervising children throughout the visit.

• Photos/Media: Photos and videos may be taken for marketing purposes. Please notify Yili Farm in writing before your workshop if you or your organisation prefer not to be included.
