Workshop Booking Highlights

(Please refer to our full Terms & Conditions for complete details)

  • Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed after Yili Farm has received the signed quotation, the required payment (where applicable) has been received and cleared, and a Booking Confirmation Email has been issued.

  • Booking Deposit: A 50% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required for all bookings unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payment: Payment must be made in accordance with the quotation or invoice via Bank Transfer or PayNow (UEN: 199606124G). All prices are in SGD and exclude GST unless otherwise stated.

  • Booking Numbers: The confirmed number of Participants and Accompanying Persons stated in the signed quotation will be used for planning, material preparation and billing. Reductions after confirmation will not reduce the quoted amount.

  • Cancellations:

    • 30+ days before: 100% refund of balance

    • 14–29 days before: 50% refund of balance

    • <7 days before: No refund

    (The 50% booking deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.)

  • Bad Weather: Workshops operate rain or shine. Guided farm tours may be shortened or cancelled during adverse weather, while workshop activities will continue under shelter where reasonably possible. No refunds, discounts or partial refunds will be provided due to weather conditions.

  • Rescheduling:

    • Requests must be submitted in writing.

    • Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval.

    • Rescheduling fees may apply.

    • Each booking may only be rescheduled once

  • Participant Responsibilities: Please arrive on time, wear suitable attire (covered shoes recommended), follow staff instructions and remain within designated workshop areas. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

  • Safety: Farm workshops involve outdoor activities and inherent risks. Teachers, parents and organisers remain responsible for supervising children throughout the visit.

  • Photos/Media: Photos and videos may be taken for marketing purposes. Please notify Yili Farm in writing before your workshop if you or your organisation prefer not to be included.
