1. Booking & Confirmation

• All workshop enquiries must be submitted through our official booking form, email, or phone.

• A booking is only confirmed when:

  • A signed quotation with payment (full or deposit) has been received, OR

  • A signed quotation has been received, and Yili Farm has issued a confirmation email/message.

• Booking Deposit​

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings (unless otherwise stated).

  • This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

• Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Payment & Fees

• Workshop fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Accepted payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer

  • PayNow to UEN: 199606124G

• All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and exclude GST.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• The remaining balance (if already paid) will be refunded according to the schedule below:

  • 30 days or more before the workshop date: 100% of the balance refunded.

  • 15–29 days before the workshop date: 50% of the balance refunded.

  • Less than 14 days before the workshop date: No refund.

• 💰 Example (Workshop Fee = $100):

  • Deposit $50 (non-refundable) + Balance $50.

  • Cancel ≥ 30 days: $50 balance refunded → You get $50 back.

  • Cancel 15–29 days: $25 balance refunded → You get $25 back.

  • Cancel < 14 days: No refund → You get $0 back.

Bad Weather Policy

• In the event of heavy rain, the guided farm tour will not take place, as much of the farm has no sheltered walkways.

• The workshop will proceed with the hands-on activity under a sheltered area. Please note that the sheltered space may still experience light splashes of rain due to open walkways around the farm.

• No refunds will be given for activities affected by weather, but we will make every effort to continue with an alternative sheltered programme.

4. Rescheduling

• Requests to reschedule must be made at least 30 days in advance.

• A rescheduling fee applies:

  • 30 days or more before workshop date: Free reschedule (no fee).

  • 15–29 days before workshop date: 10% of the signed quotation amount (e.g., $10 on a $100 workshop).

  • Less than 14 days before workshop date: 25% of the signed quotation amount (e.g., $25 on a $100 workshop).

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and confirmation by Yili Farm.

• If you are unable to attend the new date, the standard cancellation policy applies.

5. Participant Responsibilities

• Participants must arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions.

• Participants are expected to follow all instructions given by Yili Farm staff.

• Appropriate attire is strongly recommended: covered shoes, hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, and water.

6. Safety & Liability

• Participation in farm workshops involves outdoor activities, which may carry certain inherent risks (e.g., uneven terrain, weather exposure, handling tools or equipment).

• Yili Farm will take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment and provide guidance throughout the session.

• By attending, participants acknowledge these risks and agree that Yili Farm shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the workshop.

• Teachers/parents/guardians are responsible for the supervision of children at all times.

7. Photography & Media

• Yili Farm may take photos and videos during workshops for promotional purposes.

• If you do not wish to appear in such media, please inform our staff before the session begins.

8. Force Majeure

• Yili Farm shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, government regulations, natural disasters, or emergencies).​

9. Agreement

By booking a workshop with Yili Farm, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Yili Farm reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yili Farm shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in workshops. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
